Laser & Plasma Metal Cutting
Laser equipment – capable of cutting mild steel, aluminum, and stainless with high speed and precision CNC accuracy. Trumpf Fiber Trulaser 2030 (60 x 120 cutting area. High-speed cutting with automatic nozzle change
Plasma equipment – efficiently cuts through metals, suitable for heavy-duty applications. Utilizes compressed air and inert gases, more economical compared to gases used in other cutting technologies. CNC navigated.

Turret Punch/Press Metal Cutting
CNC turret press cutting equipment is essential for cost efficient repeatable precision metal fabrication. Highly accuracy and efficient cutting achieved without the need to add costly cutting gases or maintenance required with other cutting methods.
Capable to change cutting “tool” on the go without the need to stop equipment and restart process.
- Rapid prototyping capability or to accommodate low volume production quickly.
- Up to 60 tools in a "turret" available to be moved into the punching position.
Metal Forming Equipment

CNC Navigated Router Cutting
CNC router cutting / milling tables, extra large custom beds allow for the profiling of over-sized materials commonly required to be processed to service the transit industry. Automatic multi-bit changing capabilities enhance efficiency allowing swift transitions between cutting operations.
- Capable to process metal sheet, composites, HPL panels and plywood
- Quick setup for new projects, repeatable and accurate results.
Water-Jet Cutting
CNC water-jet cutting stands out for its ability to cut a wide range of materials with high precision and minimal waste, all while maintaining the material’s integrity and being environmentally friendly.
Allows for extremely precise cuts with tight tolerances capable of producing intricate and complex shapes with high accuracy from thin sheets to thick plate steel – rendering smooth, burr-free edges.

Wire Saw Equipment

Insulation Lamination and Encapsulation Processes
Lamination equipment designed to apply foils, facers, and peel-and-stick adhesives to materials required within the OEM marketplace. The lamination process ensures a durable finish as well as moisture and vapour barrier protection for fibrous and open cell insulation materials while enhancing both thermal and FST performances.
- Complete lamination of raw material prior to processing adding protection and function.
